Chris brings extensive experience across the development sectors and a track record in delivering market-facing planning outcomes for town centre development, retail asset management and repurposing, meanwhile uses, designer outlets and roadside schemes. He retains a strong public sector client base, providing specialist retail planning advice to local authorities.
Chris spent over 12 years at GVA Grimley (Manchester office) and Cushman & Wakefield (London office) before establishing his own practice, acting for a wide portfolio of public and private sector clients. He is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a Director of the National Retail Planning Forum.
